an evening of culinary delight at La Focaccia Italian Grill!
Watch
and eat while Chef Luigi Ciccarelli conducts an Italian cooking demonstration
and prepares an extraordinary multi-course sampling dinner.
Chef
Ciccarelli will share his cooking knowledge, experience and special techniques
for preparing and presenting delicious Italian cuisine.
The
classes will be held once a month on Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m. The registration fee is $50.00 per person and includes cooking demonstrations,
recipes, focaccia bread, a multi-course sampling dinner and wine. Call
